Terms of Service
These terms cover how hotels and other accommodation providers use IMPT for Hotels.
Your account
You must be authorised to represent the property you list. Keep your login details safe and your contact information current.
Listing content
You confirm that the descriptions, photos and rates you upload are accurate, are yours to use, and comply with local law and licensing.
Bookings
A booking made through IMPT is a contract between you and the guest. You honour the rate, room type and cancellation policy you published.
Rate parity
The rate you offer on IMPT matches the public rate you offer for the same room, dates and conditions elsewhere.
Ending the agreement
Either party may end this agreement at any time with written notice. Stays already booked are honoured and paid as normal.
