Commission Agreement
The complete commercial arrangement between IMPT and your property, in plain language.

IMPT charges a flat 5% commission on room revenue for stays that are completed.

No joining fee, listing fee, monthly fee or placement fee applies.

No commission is charged on cancelled bookings or no-shows.

Payouts are made 7 days after guest checkout, in the payout currency selected by the property.

The property agrees to rate parity: the rate offered on IMPT equals the property's public rate for the same room, dates and conditions.

IMPT funds one tonne of verified CO2 reduction for every booking, at no cost to the property.

Either party may end the agreement at any time with written notice; completed stays remain payable.
